Twas the night before Quilts in the Barn, when all through the Barn,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The quilts were all hung in the Barn with great care,
In hopes that the crowds soon would be there.
The adults were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of fabric danced in their heads.
And Jo in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a lovely spring day.

ReplyDeleteI read about your Quilt Show in one of the Patchwork mags, and as I'm only 20 minutes away from you (in Eltham) I decided I had to come over. My hubby had to go to Ringwood today, so we stopped at your place on the way home. Ken wanted to bring half of the quilts home to hang up at our place because he really liked the fabrics! Wonderful show, I'll be back next year.
