Gotta love fabric!!

Jill was working on finishing this red and white quilt she started last year.
Originally planned to be hanging in our exhibition, a health issue
put it on hold till now. She is very happy to finally have this finished.
Here she was testing setting options, and ended up going with the bottom setting.

Anne spent most of the weekend working on this very bright quilt.
Its a gift for a friend. She is very happy with this setting,
and plans to make another one.

One of our next planned swaps involves madder fabrics,
so Bev brought her collection down to inspire us.
Boy, who wouldn't love to have all these fabrics to work with!!
Don't forget to click on the photo to enlarge, and see if you recognise any!

Margaret was making great progress on her Unknown Quilt.
The pattern from Max and Louise Pattern Co can be found here.

Chris was working on a quilt for a friend.
It involves lots of tiny pieces.
The pattern can be seen here.

And was stitching right up till it was time to leave, on our brown 9 patch swap.
See the chairs up on the table for cleaning??

Here is the beginnings of our 1/2 square triangle swap l mentioned here.
l figure if l sew 2 pages every other day,
it wont take long to have a great collection to choose from.

And this is the quilt l am planning to make with the first 3 batches  of our swap.
This pattern is in the Fons and Porter magazine called Scrap Quilts.
How appropriate!! LOL
Loving that green, but also considering cheddar for the sashing.

Here are my first 2 sample blocks. Cute!!

And here they are on the first green l could lay my hands on.
Just to get an idea!

And don't forget. If you have nothing to do next weekend,
The Quilted Crow Girls will be here at the Barn.
For their 2nd "A Gathering In The Barn".

Here is a reminder of the fun we had last year.

l believe there are still spots available on each of the days.
If you missed out last year, here is your chance. These girls are so much fun!!
And l am sure they will have 4 new projects that will be super stunning!!

l issued a challenge to Taryn over at Repro Quilt Lover
to show me her fabric stash and l would show her mine!!
She beat me to the finish line, and has shown her's.
So of course, it inspired me to go clean up my sewing room before taking photos!
They are coming in the next post,
along with a mini quilt made using some little patches
l found while doing the cleanup.
l love those impromptu quilts made with forgotten findings!

Thanks for visiting.
Linda.
