Procrastinate and Procrastination!!

pro·cras·ti·nate (pr-krst-nt, pr-)
v. pro·cras·ti·nat·ed, pro·cras·ti·nat·ing, pro·cras·ti·nates
v.intr.
To put off doing something, especially out of habitual carelessness or laziness.
v.tr.
To postpone or delay needlessly.

Procrastination!

doing something from which one derives enjoyment, and thus putting off important tasks to a later time.

And that's exactly what l was doing on Friday when l
SHOULD  have been cleaning up my sewing room to take some photos for Taryn.
Mind you, it was while cleaning that l found the little blue and white 9 patch blocks.
Teenie tiny they are. 1 1/2" finished!
And of course, that green was just hanging around. Perfect!!

 Before the borders.

l think this one deserves to be hand quilted.

Its hot and humid still. Not the best weather for cleaning or sewing.
But l have  interstate visitors arriving tomorrow.
2 from Tasmania and 2 from Sydney. So clean and tidy l must.
l did get the pantry done this morning.
Does that mean l can go play now????

Thanks for visiting.
Linda.

  7. Playing before cleaning is a motivational exercise. It's my favorite "tool." You were right, I love the colors in your quilt!
